Terms and Conditions:
- We are happy to receive your 50% deposit which will be used towards beginning work on the project. 25% will be given on the submission of the first draft and the remaining 25% of payment is due upon completion.
- Your work is important to us. That’s why all of our services are inclusive with four revisions after that an additional 40% will be charged for rewrites.
- If the work is cancelled, the customer is responsible for all fees associated with the work’s creation and production to date. Cancellations must be made in writing and with the maximum amount of notice feasible.
- The writer retains ownership of any documents written by him or her until any remaining balance for the writing is paid in full. When the client pays for the writing, the client acquires complete copyright and any associated rights. At that point, the customer assumes complete ownership of the writing and is free to make any modifications or publish it wherever they like.
- Any documents provided by the customer to the writer that are not intended for inclusion in the final work will be kept strictly confidential. Any material written by the writer that is not meant for publication or public distribution via a website, social media, or another medium will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anybody outside of SameeWrites. This condition is superseded by any NDA agreement submitted by the customer and signed by SameeWrites the client requests otherwise, the writer may link to publicly distributed or published material from his website, portfolio, social media accounts, or other venues. Such requests will be complied with.
